Join me at our new home on Underley Estate for EVERLASTING — a full day of everlasting flowers, creativity and the art of designing something truly special. Working with an abundant choice of British-grown everlasting flowers, you’ll create a generous, large-scale wreath, entirely your own design. I’ll guide you through the techniques and design, but you gather your materials and create something you’ll want to keep for years. A work of art. There’ll be plenty of flowers, plenty of choice. And time to simply switch off and create. Saturday 14th November 10am until 4.30pm. The scent of our surroundings; fresh country air! Surrounded by land and amazing stone walls we’re only a walk away from the village of Kirkby Lonsdale where you’ll find a bustling main street. There are cafes, a bakery, shops and on Thursdays a local produce market too. I think most importantly it feels very ‘me’. It’s spot on for Tallulah’s next chapter - it even has an iconic door! My question however is this…. do I host a residential Retreat next year? We haven’t held a Wedding Retreat for 3 years because if I’m honest I’ve been searching for a way to offer something unique. I always strive to lead… do I rise to the challenge?!

“I leant so much in a space where I really felt my “I leant so much in a space where I really felt myself” Maxine. July 2026. Never underestimate the value of providing the right space for people to learn. Aesthetics are of course important, calming colours, inspirational ‘objet d’art’ but I’m talking about how a space feels not looks. Creating a relaxed learning environment where people feel safe, listened to, while simultaneously allowed to find their own head space is not easy. It’s certainly not a list of do’s and dont’s, it comes from within, from the passion to genuinely want others to succeed. If you’ve walked through the door of Tallulah Rose, wherever in the world, you will have felt it. What words would you use to describe how the ‘space’ made you feel? Here are the words Clair used to describe her time at Tallulah Rose. (For context Clair completed the career change course in July) “The space you create to allow each person to flourish in their own unique way is so special. You deliver the course with such gentleness yet with perfect direction. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, everyday there was time to explore, ask questions. And although part of a group, I have been able to grow as an individual” Leaving with confidence is my number one priority, if you feel confident then you’re able to succeed… Join my next career change course this September, the final course at Levens Hall. We’ve named this podcast ‘Flowers in a Bowl with Soul’ because as you’ll hear, Sara is a very accomplished potter who loves nothing more than to partner the perfect bowl with her flowers. And to everyone I told “if you hear me crying on socials there’s something wrong” don’t worry I’M OK! 😆 Sara simply moved me to tears with her words, her wisdom and her honesty. Queens. Today is the final day of their Career C Queens. Today is the final day of their Career Change Course. The end of ten days of learning, growing and quietly becoming. And the beginning of a brand new chapter. I can’t wait to see where flowers take each of them.
