A premium three month 1:2:1 mentoring programme with Rachel, founder of the Talulah Rose Flower School.

As the founder I’ve spent almost two decades supporting florists, helping them to find and refine their creative identity, build confidence and craft beautiful, sustainable work that reflects who they are.

While my in-person teaching pauses in line with the British growing season I’m opening six spaces for florists who want personal, dedicated mentoring directly with me, Rachel.

. An initial set of questions that help us to define your goals, creative direction and confidence journey. A gentle introductory call to ensure I have the answers to your questions. From here I will prepare for our first ninety minute zoom call….

. Six ninety minute 1:2:1 mentoring zoom calls. Personal guided sessions with me, Rachel – tailored to your business and your specific needs. Every business is individual, as are we. I’m here to understand what’s important to you and the goals you want to achieve. We’ll work together to form a plan that makes sense to you and your way of working

  . Monday to Friday WhatsApp support. Access to me between sessions for feedback, accountability, mindset support and encouragement. You’re not doing this alone

. A bespoke plan for each of our months together. Set at the beginning of each month we’ll write the plan together, review as the month progresses and reflect as the month draws to a close

. Lifetime access to our current online career change course including resource, practical and business lessons. Access to our close Tallulah Rose Student Forum.

Your three months mentoring begins in January 2026 and finishes in March 2026. Please register before December 1st 2025 to enable time for our initial introductory call and my preparation time.

Three months mentorship with Rachel – £995 plus VAT per month. Charged on the 1st of each month.
